Cloud Support Engineer / Senior Reliability Engineer ( Permanent / C2H )

Role
As a Support Engineer, you will help our existing clients maintain a variety of solutions. You will leverage your expertise to help maintain and improve these applications, ensuring high rates of availability, preventing downtime and offering optimizations.
Responsibilities

• Manage reporting and web-based applications in public cloud setups (AWS, Azure)
• Develop automation delivery pipelines
• Ensure systems are operational
• Work with developers to improve their experience publishing changes
• Build and maintain delivery systems
• Ensure alerting and support requirements are met
• Work with project managers to ensure business and development needs are met

Job Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:

• At least 2 or more years working on Linux operating systems.
• At least 2 or more years working on Windows operating systems.
• Proven experience with Amazon AWS
• BCA/B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA ( Computer Science / IT ) 

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation, SaltStack or other DevOps toolsets
• Experience working with Jenkins, Team City Builder, CircleCi, Travis or other build toolsets
• Experience with large scale clustering and multi-node deployments
• Ability to script in Python and Bash
• Selenium 
• ec2, s3, iam, RDS

• Working in night shift will be an advantage.
